MIRACULUM CRAFTS WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Craft Workshop Venue

The Miraculum Craft Workshop Venue is the Festival Organizer's own venue, where Participants have the opportunity to connect with themselves through creation. Our Craft Service Provider Partners help them with this with diverse, craft creative programs.
2-2 Craft Service Providers hold programs in the Miraculum space every day, for whom the Festival Organizer also provides the opportunity to sell and market their products.

The Miraculum venue is realized by setting up a festival tent. The venue is therefore covered, but not closed.

Opening hours

On a day or days jointly determined by the Organizer and the Service Provider within the Festival period (June 19-28, 2026), the Service Provider undertakes to be present in the Miraculum space between 10:00 and 19:00, and to hold a minimum of 2 workshops (60-120 minutes) for the Festival Participants, at a time agreed upon and announced in advance.

During the opening hours, 2 workshops must be held per day.
If required, earlier and later opening hours (between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.) are possible, provided that the service provided does not disturb the peace of the Guests (e.g. disturbing and loud effects, hammering, sawing, music, etc.).

Handicraft Workshop Partner Participation Fee

The Organizer's commission is 25% gross of the gross revenue from the workshops and products sold.

There is no area and tent rental fee for Miraculum Handicraft Service Provider Partners.

Payment system and settlement

A cashless payment system (festival card and POS terminal) operates at the Festival, the use of which is mandatory for all service providers and workshop partners engaged in commercial activities.

The Organizer provides the POS terminal for the Handicraft Workshop Service Provider Partners at the MIRACULUM Handicraft Workshop location.
The Organizer will provide on-site training on the use of the POS terminal before the start of the Event and will provide continuous support during the event. Participation in the training is mandatory for all members of the terminal operating staff, and the correct use of the terminal is the responsibility of the Handicraft Workshop Service Partner.

The revenue flows to the Payment Service Provider through the POS terminal used at the Festival.
The Payment Service Provider settles the accounts with the Organizer after the Festival.

The Organizer then transfers the revenue to the Service Provider in the amount reduced by the organizer's commission.
The organizer's commission (gross 25% of gross revenue) is invoiced by the Organizer (InSpiral Event Kft.) to the Service Provider (which does not require further financial performance), and the revenue reduced by the commission amount is forwarded to the Service Provider, no later than 31.07.2026.

Cash and other cash-substitute payment instruments, vouchers are strictly PROHIBITED.
The Organizer may check this condition, and if the Service Provider has demonstrably failed to comply, a penalty of HUF 50,000 + VAT will be invoiced to the Service Provider.

Compliance with the applicable Hungarian commercial laws (e.g. receipts) is mandatory and may be verified by the competent authorities. Compliance with this is the responsibility of the Handicraft Workshop Service Provider.
