EVERNESS FESTIVAL 2026
CATERER INFORMATION AND APPLICATION

In 2026, we are also looking for applications from catering industry units that will dazzle the Everness Festival audience with their special, healthy lifestyle-supporting, high-quality dishes. Preference will be given to those caterers who can serve our vegetarian, vegan, gluten- and lactose-sensitive guests in addition to traditional needs, and who strive for sophisticated and environmentally friendly solutions in their use of raw materials and operations.

Catering Participation Conditions

 

OPENING HOURS:
June 19, 2026 (Friday) 10:00 AM to June 28, 2026 (Sunday) 24:00 PM.

Service providers and catering staff are only allowed to be present for the entire opening hours of the event.

 

DAILY OPENING HOURS:

Opening for breakfast: 7:00 AM, minimum daily opening hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Earlier and later opening hours (7:00 AM to 1:00 PM) are also possible, provided that the service provided (e.g. loud music) does not disturb the guests' peace and quiet.

 

CONSTRUCTION/DEMOLITION
Construction days (installation, equipment, decoration of the service tent): June 17-18, 2026 (Friday-Saturday) between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Closing (dismantling of the service tent, equipment, decoration): June 29, 2026 (Monday) between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

 

CAR AND FREIGHT TRAFFIC
During the event, car and freight traffic is not permitted in the event area. During the construction and demolition period, you can drive in with a driving permit. Daily goods delivery and loading is only possible on the designated service road, in a pre-agreed time slot, with a separate driving permit. Parking is provided outside the event area.

 

FEES, OTHER COSTS:
The total gross revenue distributed during the festival is 20% + VAT, which will be settled after the event by the partner providing the cashless system.

Terminal fee: 6,000 HUF + VAT / terminal

Electricity consumption based on the meter provided by the organizer

 

The rental fees for catering spaces include the following:
- use of the space reserved for the catering unit and the adjacent area,
- common dining area with beer bench and beer table sets, partially covered if possible,
- water use,
- lighting of the related public areas.

The above prices do NOT include the rental fee for the equipment to be rented (e.g. tent) and the cost of accommodation.

 

TICKET FOR STAFF
We provide 3 free, named passes for the entire duration of the festival for the outing, which cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
In addition, depending on the size of the outing, 3-7 discounted named service provider festival passes are available, priced at HUF 50,000/piece.

Of course, in addition to the above discounted tickets, you can also purchase tickets in the form of the current weekly pass on the festival ticket sales page.

Free construction day tickets for the construction and service provider move-in day can be requested in the service provider webshop after the application is approved.

 

PERMITS REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES
To move out to the event, you must have valid commercial and catering permits (used oil transport contract) appropriate to your scope of activity, as well as a health booklet and a hand sanitizer with warm water, because they can be checked by the competent authorities (e.g. NAV, NÉBIH, Local Government).
Commercial activities subject to notification are defined in Government Decree "210/2009.(IX.29.) on the conditions for carrying out commercial activities".

GUARDING, SECURITY SERVICE
The entire event area is provided with a guarding and security service.
In addition, we ask you to ensure the safe storage of your valuables and merchandise. The organizers do not assume responsibility for valuables left unattended in the event area.

 

SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The festival's service providers and caterers are obliged to collect waste generated at their service location (equipment, packaging materials, bottles, kitchen waste, food preparation waste, food leftovers, dishwashing liquid, used oil) selectively (degradable, paper, plastic, metal, communal) and to place the selective waste at the designated selective waste collection points on a daily basis.
At Everness events, catering units may only use biodegradable cutlery and environmentally friendly cleaning products, which can be obtained from the festival's ecological partner.
All service providers and caterers are obliged to keep their rented area clean and hand it over clean after dismantling.

Compliance with the regulations regarding selective waste collection and environmental protection is checked on a daily basis by the festival's Green Commando.

 

CLEANING AND ENVIRONMENTAL BURDEN FEE
A cleaning fee of HUF 50,000 will be charged for service areas left untidy after the event is broken down.

If, after the Green Commando's warning, the operation of the service provider or catering unit still does not comply with the festival's selective waste collection and environmental protection regulations, an environmental burden fee of HUF 50,000 will be invoiced (from the deposit amount).

 

PAYMENT SYSTEM AND SETTLEMENT
The FestiPay cashless payment system (festival card and POS terminal) operates at the event, the use of which is mandatory for all service providers conducting commercial activities.
At the event, purchases can only be made with the FestiPay RFID card (festival card), which is considered an electronic voucher. Cash, bank cards and other cash-substitute payment instruments, vouchers are not accepted.
FestiPay Zrt. will provide training on the use of the POS terminal for service providers prior to the start of the event (upon receipt of the terminal on site) and will provide continuous support during the event. Participation in the training is mandatory for all members of the terminal operating staff. 

The revenue collected at the terminal, reduced by the relocation fees, will be paid by bank transfer after the festival.

Compliance with the current Hungarian commercial legislation (e.g. receipt) is mandatory, and may be checked by the competent authorities.

 

ACCOMMODATION IN THE EVENT AREA

Camping: We provide free camping for our service partners exclusively in the contributors' camping area. Camping is prohibited on the service provider plots. Please submit your request for free camping in advance in the service provider application form!
Nights spent in the camping area are subject to tourist tax, which must be paid on site.
