EVERNESS FESTIVAL - WORKSHOP PARTNER INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

This year, we are also looking forward to the application of Workshop Partners who wish to be present with their own location and enrich the festival experience of our guests with value-creating experiences.

We are giving the participating Partners the opportunity to share new approaches and practices with the audience in addition to the already well-proven methods. We are looking for individual and group sessions that support immersion, connection and self-knowledge, whether it is meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, movement, music or dance programs, ceremonies, as well as workshops with a spiritual or scientific approach.

These experiences contribute to physical and mental recharge, self-development and the experience of external and internal harmony.

OPENING HOURS
June 19 (Friday) 10:00 AM to June 28 (Sunday) 12:00 PM.

Workshop Partner relocation is only possible for the entire duration of the event.

Based on the programs and unique dynamics of the event, the daily opening hours are between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Earlier and later opening hours (between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM) are also possible (and with them programs, lectures and workshops), as long as it does not disturb the peace of the guests (e.g. loud music, amplified performances).

 

NOISE AND SOUND REGULATION
We will observe SILENT HOURS between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM throughout the entire event area.

Loud therapies, workshops, highly amplified speech, loud music or instrumental music are only permitted between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Loud activities after 12:00 PM are officially PROHIBITED! During the Event, a specially designated team of the Organizers (with the necessary equipment) will monitor the volume of all venues and if it is too loud, they will report it to the contact person or venue manager. On Monday, June 22, 2026, we will be holding a silent day at the Everness Festival. No loud programs are allowed on this day. We ask our partners to use sound as little as possible and to prepare quiet, immersive sessions that are in line with the festival's approach and provide space for introspection and slowing down.

 

CONSTRUCTION, DISMANTLING
Construction day (installation, equipment, decoration of service tent): June 18 (Thursday) 9:00 - 21:00
Closing (dismantling of service tent, equipment, decoration): June 29 (Monday) 8:00 - 18:00. The festival area must be left at the same time, but no later than June 29 (Monday) 18:00.

 

CAR AND TRUCK TRAFFIC
During the event, car and truck traffic for service providers, traders, and partners is PROHIBITED.
During the construction and dismantling period, it is possible to enter by car with a permit (only based on the license plate number submitted in advance).
Parking within the event area for 1 passenger vehicle is free of charge on your own rented plot (this should also be taken into account when selecting a plot). If the service provider's installation does not allow this, parking within the Festival area (per vehicle) is FEE-FREE, the amount of which is 20,000 HUF + VAT. Driving a vehicle during the Event is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle has left the festival area, it is no longer possible to return it.

 

PERMITS REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT THE ACTIVITY
To travel to the event, you must have valid commercial and service provider licenses appropriate to your own scope of activity, as well as documents proving qualifications, because they may be checked by the competent authorities (e.g. NAV, NÉBIH, local government).

Businesses that only provide services (individual treatment, massage, henna, etc.) are not required to report.

For traders (sellers), the method of reporting remains unchanged. Business entities can only report electronically, through the company portal, while sole proprietors can do so in person, by post or also through the customer portal during customer reception hours.

Commercial activities subject to notification are defined by the Government Decree "210/2009.(IX.29.) on the conditions for carrying out commercial activities.

GUARDING, SECURITY SERVICE
The entire area of the event is provided by a guarding and protection service. In addition, the Service Provider partners are obliged to ensure the safe storage of their valuables and inventory in their own interests. The Organizer is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the event area.

 

SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The Event service providers are obliged to selectively collect waste (tools, packaging materials, etc.) generated at the location of their services (degradable, paper, plastic, metal, communal), and to place the selective waste at the designated selective waste collection points on a daily basis.

Each Service Provider is obliged to keep their rented area clean and to hand it over clean after dismantling. Compliance with the regulations regarding selective waste collection and environmental protection is checked on a daily basis by the Event Green Commando.

 

Cleaning and environmental impact fee:

It is forbidden to stick or apply stickers to rented tents!
The cleaning fee for stickers left on rented tents is 50,000 HUF + VAT.
If, after the warning from the Green Commando, the Service Provider's operation still does not comply with the selective waste collection and environmental protection regulations of the Event, an environmental impact fee of 100,000 HUF + VAT will be invoiced.

 

DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOP TENT DISPATCH
The Workshop Partner category includes partners who contribute to the carefree fun, experiences and development of our guests with their own location and equipment. Participants have the opportunity to introduce their own, well-proven methods, equipment and new techniques to visitors in an interactive manner.

Typical activities may include:
- spiritual and self-knowledge sessions, meditation and immersion,
- family formation, yoga, breathing techniques,
- various forms of movement, dance and music programs,
- creative, art and craft sessions,
- scientific or perspective-forming interactive programs,
- ceremonies and programs that provide a community experience.

Important conditions:
The programs are free of charge, participants cannot be charged for these.
Individual therapy is possible, therefore monetary compensation may be requested (under individual therapy conditions).
Sales are possible (under dealer conditions).
Small workshop partner: own exhibition tent or area under 100 sq m.
Large workshop partner: own exhibition tent or area over 100 sq m.
Sound reinforcement, microphone or amplifier is possible upon prior agreement, but it must not disturb surrounding programs.
The location should be aesthetic, safe and environmentally conscious.

The workshop partners represent the interactive and learning heart of the festival. They provide a space for visitors to actively connect, try new experiences, and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
These programs support healthy living, self-development, recharge, and the creation of inner-outer harmony, and strengthen the community and inspiring atmosphere of the festival.

 

Small Workshop Partner Outing

Outing in a place of at least 25 m2 and at most 100 m2 with a program and presentation announced in advance - on the event website and application. Sound reinforcement is possible (the maximum strength of this cannot exceed 65 decibels), however, the approval of the Organizer's specialists is required in terms of volume and power consumption for the devices to be used.

When setting up/renting a minimum 25 m2 (5x5), covered, weatherproof, event tent that meets safety requirements, a construction certificate or a liability declaration is mandatory. If the device is rented by the Organizer, they have the necessary construction certificate, in the case of their own tent, it is the Partner's responsibility to obtain it.

 

Large Workshop Partner Outing

Outing in a place of at least 100 m2 with a program and presentation announced in advance - on the event website and application. Sound reinforcement is possible (the maximum volume cannot exceed 75 decibels), however, the volume and power consumption of the equipment to be used must be approved by the Organizer's specialists.

When setting up/renting a covered, weatherproof, safety-compliant event tent of at least 100 m2, a certificate of construction or a declaration of liability is mandatory. If the equipment is rented by the Organizer, they have the necessary certificate of construction; in the case of their own tent, it is the Partner's responsibility to obtain it.

The Workshop Partner application will be assessed in two stages.

In the first round, based on the submitted introduction, the Organizers will examine whether the applicant Partner's approach and activities fit the concept of the Event. If accepted, the Workshop Partner must submit a complete, detailed program plan within 30 calendar days, but no later than April 30, 2026, which includes the introduction of the speakers, photos, and a detailed description of the programs.

The submitted program plan will be reviewed by the program director to ensure that it is in maximum compliance with the festival concept. If the program director has any comments or reservations, a consultation will be held with the Workshop Partner, and if justified, modifications may be proposed or requested.

In parallel, the detailed conditions of the appearance are included in the contract (for example, the location, the number of passes provided, the conditions of equipment rental), as well as the invoicing process.

The application can only be considered final if the full participation fee (area rental, passes, and rented equipment) has been paid against invoice.

 

WORKSHOP PARTNER TENT RENTAL
When setting up/renting a covered, weatherproof, safety-compliant event tent, a certificate of workmanship or a liability declaration is mandatory. If the equipment is rented by the Organizer, they have the necessary certificate of workmanship; in the case of their own tent, it is the Workshop Partner's responsibility to obtain it.

10x15 tent: 850,000 HUF + VAT

Beer bench set (2 beer benches + 1 beer table): 10,000 HUF + VAT / set
(Prices include the cost of transportation there and back, as well as the cost of set-up and tear-down.)

 

WORKSHOP PARTNER MOVEMENT FEE
The rental fee for the area is based on the entire plot or area that the Partner uses. This includes the area covered with tents, other areas that are still to be used and the backstage. This means that it is possible to build a tent on the rented area or for the Partner to park a car (in this case, they can only leave the area at the end of the Event, after the start of the tear-down). The condition for this is that the backstage is clearly demarcated from the performance area and cannot be seen from the street front.

Our Workshop Partners can rent a plot in Zone II. The rental fee is 5,500 HUF + VAT /m2,

If the Workshop Partner does not provide any paid services (individual treatment) and does not sell any products, i.e. ONLY FREE workshops and presentations are held in the area, then they will receive a 20% area rental discount.

The above prices do NOT include the rental fee for the equipment you want to rent (e.g. tent, floor, beer bench set), as well as the price of the Workshop Partner passes valid for the event.

Since the sizes of the plots differ, the exact price will only be realized after selecting the plot.

The rental fee for the Workshop Partner locations includes:

- use of the area to be rented, on which your own or rented tent/stand/yurt can be set up,

- 1 230V power outlet, maximum 20 m from the location,

(The extension cord connected to this must be at least IP44, all other distributors and extension cords used by the Service Provider must be outdoor. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper safety of lamps and other electronic devices. If the Service Provider uses a device that does not comply with the standards or is in an inadequate condition, the Organizer may request that the device be discontinued. If the request is not complied with, the Organizer may interrupt its power supply. In the event that damage is caused to the Event or a third party due to devices in an inadequate condition, the owner of the device is obliged to fully compensate for the damage.)

Upon receipt of the rented area, a 50,000 HUF Waste Management Deposit is required, which is fully refundable if the area is returned to the Organizer in a clean (without trash and debris) and tidy condition.

 

SERVICE PERSONNEL PASS
The price of the service provider 10-day pass is 60,000 HUF + VAT/person, which is valid for the entire duration of the Event (including construction and demolition days).
The price of the service provider 5-day pass is 40,000 HUF + VAT/person, which is valid for either the first 5 days (June 19-23 and construction) or the second 5 days (June 24-28 + demolition).
The maximum number of passes depends on the size of the outing:

For a small workshop tent (5x5 tent): the maximum number of discounted 10-day passes that can be purchased is 6
For a medium workshop tent (5x10 tent): the maximum number of discounted 10-day passes that can be purchased is 12
For a large workshop tent (10x10 tent): the maximum number of discounted passes that can be purchased is based on an individual agreement

Workshop Partners have the opportunity to purchase a discounted daily ticket for 12,500 HUF + VAT / day. This is ONLY possible for those contributors who would only participate in the event for 1-2 days and hold a presentation/workshop during that time. These will be assessed individually in each case.

Passes are NOT transferable. The above prices do NOT include the rental fee for the equipment to be rented (e.g. tent, floor, beer bench set) and the relocation fee.

 

PAYMENT SYSTEM AND SETTLEMENT
The Event operates a cashless payment system (festival card and POS terminal), the use of which is mandatory for all service providers conducting commercial activities.
Cash and other cash-substitute payment instruments, vouchers are strictly PROHIBITED.
After accepting the application, the Festival Organizer forwards the company details of the Applicant (Service Provider or Workshop Partner) to the company providing cashless payment, which prepares the electronic tripartite contract. Its (online) signing is an essential condition for the service provider to be able to perform paid activities or services. The contract fee is 6,000 HUF + VAT, which is automatically deducted after the Event, when the Service Provider's income is allocated.
The terminal operator will provide training on the use of the POS terminal before the start of the Event (upon receipt of the terminal on site) and will provide ongoing support during the event. Participation in the training is mandatory for all members of the terminal operating staff.
The system usage fee is 5.5% of the gross revenue, which is automatically deducted during settlement. The revenue collected at the terminal (reduced by 5.5%) will be paid within 10 days after the event by transfer to the bank account number provided by the Service Provider upon registration.
Compliance with the applicable Hungarian commercial legislation (e.g. receipt) is mandatory, and may be checked by the competent authorities. Compliance with this is the responsibility of the Service Provider.
