INFORMATION AND APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTEERS
The Everness Festival is more than an event: community, experience, connection.
Volunteers are the heart of the festival, without them the quality that thousands of guests experience year after year would not be possible.
If you would like to be an active part of the Celebration of Awareness, this is your place.
General information
The festival operates with two overlapping volunteer shifts of 10 days.
Volunteers work 6 days per shift.
Maximum 6 hours of work per day (full-day shift in the construction shift).
You must be on site for the entire duration of the shift.
We cannot accept part-time, weekend-only applications.
Conditions
Carefully completed application form.
Online (or personal) short interview.
Acceptance of contracts and declarations in case of selection.
Commitment to a deposit/guarantee system.
Participation in team building and training process.

Volunteering comes with a variety of non-financial benefits:
Weekly pass for the entire duration of the festival.
Tent space in the volunteer camp.
2 vegan main meals per day (only on working days).
Use of the volunteer base (coffee, tea, water, microwave, refrigerator).
Storage and charging facilities.
2 volunteer T-shirts.
1 treatment from the volunteer welfare group.
Public interest volunteer certificate if required.
Important: meals are only included on the days you perform volunteer service.

Green team - environmental protection in practice.
Animator / information - you are the smile of Everness.
Admission - this is where the festival experience starts.
Brandshop - values that are good to pass on.
Decor - you set the mood of the festival.
Construction-demolition - the backbone of the festival.
Operation - the anti-gravity commando.
Performer escort - backstage experience from the front row.
Vegan Festival Kitchen - where everyone gets to eat.
BackOffice / Festival Center - where everything comes together.
Warehouseman - order and transparency behind the equipment.
Photographer / Videographer - you capture what others experience.
Logistics / Driver - you keep the festival moving.
Children's Village - with the festival-goers of the future.
Venue Manager - you keep the space together.
Hotline - the nervous system of the festival.
Technical Team - expertise in the background.
Volunteer Welfare Team - care and charging.
Parking / Traffic Control - the key to arrival and safety.
Universal Team - the wild card position.
