When we create the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the creative process in calm circumstances, we are actually giving ourselves the gift of our own attention.
That focused inward gaze can make us aware of feelings and thoughts that were previously running as a hidden program within us. During the process, space and time cease to exist, so we enter a kind of elevated state that liberates and fills our souls with joy.
The time and energy dedicated to creation serves our spiritual development - and although the goal is not the goal, but the path, the process will result in beautiful objects.
