Adél Gyepes
Wim Hof Method Instructor
Adél Gyepes is Hungarys first female Wim Hof Method instructor, a somatic-space mentor, and a body-awareness guide. Her work centers on breathing, cold adaptation, and conscious presence as practices for cultivating inner stability and a living connection to oneself.
In her workshops, participants meet their inner world, sensory perception, and deeper layers of experience through direct bodily awareness. In Adéls approach, the body is at once a gateway, a source of wisdom, a compass, and a holding space. She brings her international experience and integrative, multi-method background into the shared space with a refined yet deeply grounded presence.
Under her guidance, breathing becomes a living relationship that supports deepening attention and the arrival of inner spaciousness. Her workshop at the Everness Festival invites participants into this connectioninto sensing, presence, and inner movement space.
Hol Talalkozhatsz velem?
There is a point where attention turns inward and the usual directions slowly become still. This 90 minutes is an inner journey where the breath becomes the compass. As the process unfolds, the inner space gradually expands, perception becomes refined, and deeper layers become accessible. The Wim Hof Method breathing becomes a gateway here to a quieter, more spacious presence.
