Many people practice yoga as a form of physical exercise, each in their own way and for different reasons. For Adri, yoga is not simply a gentle form of movement that helps maintain physical health, but rather a way of life. She creates a supportive space where everyone can move toward their own intention whether it is maintaining health, shaping the body, or deepening self-awareness. Self-acceptance is one of the most important milestones on this path. By honoring our personal boundaries and turning our attention inward, change unfolds naturally. 
Adris practices are soft and meditative in nature: alongside movement, conscious attention to the breath and immersion in inner stillness are essential elements of her classes.

We arrive at a shared space, the festival venue and atmosphere. A gentle, conscious awakening where we are not in a hurry. We connect with each other and ourselves. We slowly allow our breath to lead us inward and clarify what brought us to the present moment. Using the classic tools of hatha yoga asanas, breathing and silence we create the inner space from which the entire festival experience can unfold.

This yoga class is based on the qualities of the water element. We observe the awareness living within us in flowing, soft asanas. Focus is on breathing and the rhythm of the body. Light, yet deep hip-opening poses help to dissolve and achieve inner balance. The unity of movement and breathing comes together into a meditative, flowing experience. By the end of the class, you will arrive in a calmer, more flexible and harmonious state.

Balance is not a fixed state, but a continuous, alert presence. In this class, we will discover together what true stability is. How to find the solid foundation beneath and within ourselves. Through the balancing asanas of hatha yoga, we will learn to be present in uncertainty and build confidence in ourselves step by step. Because self-confidence is not born from perfect balance, but from getting up again and again when we fall.
