Anna Jámbor
bellydance teacher, performer
Anna Jámbor is a belly dance instructor, prenatal fitness trainer, diastasis recti rehabilitation trainer, preventive spine trainer and above all, the mother of three little girls.
Thanks to the example set by her mother, movement has been an essential part of her life since childhood. Although she only discovered belly dancing during her university years, she was instantly captivated by it, and it has now been part of her life for more than 10 years.
After the birth of her first daughter, the idea emerged to combine dance with strengthening exercises, creating an exciting form of movement not only for women in general, but also for pregnant women and new mothers.
She exercised right up until the days she gave birth and returned to movement shortly afterward, which she believes contributed greatly to her easy births and quick recovery. For her, movement has always been a way through the challenges of motherhood something that keeps her grounded and connected and she believes it can help others in the same way.
She finds great joy in helping women, expectant mothers, and new moms feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies through dance, while also giving them space to relax, recharge, and stay active.
Although her classes specifically designed for pregnant women and postpartum recovery are currently on pause, she now leads beginner belly dance classes in Gazdagrét together with an enthusiastic and talented small team.
Participants are invited to experience the joy of dancing together while improving posture, developing balance, boosting circulation, shaping the body, and preventing back pain through graceful and feminine movements.
These classes nurture both body and soul, with one simple purpose: to feel good together.
