Why do we act the way we do? Why do we make decisions in one place and in another? I have been searching for answers to these questions since childhood, and then I learned to weave wonderful theoretical carpets in my head.

The true depth of my journey of self-knowledge began when I accompanied a dying friend through the last year, then with painful helplessness, just wanting to save him.

With minor and major detours, but ultimately this experience led me to not only want to understand, but also to feel. This openness and the many techniques I learned and learned along the way taught me that today I can no longer see the world only in theory, as a mathematical equation, but also feel and perceive it - all while maintaining the practicality of everyday life.

This is also the focus in both groups and individual sessions, because after all the difficulties we have worked through from all directions, our nonverbal, transgenerational, and even karmic stories, at the end of the day what will really matter is what we can utilize from all this knowledge: where is the exact decision point where I can start doing things differently than before?
