She believes that both light and shadow are part of us, and true wholeness can only be reached by embracing both. She has walked her own path along this dualitythrough deep self-awareness work, transformative experiences as a mother of three, and lessons learned in a 31-year-long partnership. These experiences have profoundly shaped her, not only as a person but also as a guide.

Over the decades, methods, experiences, studies, and intuitive insights have merged into a unique whole within her. She works from an integral perspective, which for her is not merely the blending of techniques but a living, evolving, soul-centered presence.

As a coach, touch therapist, transcendental karma astrologer, astro-numerologist, and self-awareness group facilitator, she accompanies those who wish to connect more deeply with themselves. She also works as a family and systemic constellator and soul constellator, holding space individually and in groups.

She feels a particular calling to help women reconnect with themselvestheir feminine essence, their inner truth, their bodys wisdom, and the source of love within. She also guides constellators in advanced soul-constellation trainings, offering not only knowledge but a co-present support that allows helpers to deepen their own vocation.

The space she creates is soft, accepting, and safe. Within this space, participants can courageously explore both their light and shadow.

She is a mother, wife, partner, and a free, autonomous woman walking her own pathand supporting others on theirs.
