Helga Liszi

Helga  has been passionate about Zumba and working as an instructor for 14 years.
For her, Zumba is not just exercise, but a liberating and joyful journey toward ourselves.

She believes that through dance we can connect to the freedom, femininity, and pure joy within us.

In her classes, everyonefrom the youngest to senior participantscan find their own rhythm and joy.

She currently holds classes in Sárbogárd and Balatonvilágos, where a supportive and loving community is being built.

It is a great gift for her to be able to dance together with the participants of the Everness Festival this summer.

With deep gratitude and excitement, she looks forward to raising the mood and energy together through dance.
