Judit Országh
Hatha yoga and mobility instructor, Ayurvedic yoga therapist, visionary behind Jógapart Studio
Judit has been practicing yoga for 25 years. Earlier in her life, she worked as a leader in a multinational corporate environment, where her everyday life was marked by intense stress and heavy workloads. Regular yoga practice helped her find physical and mental balance during this period.
In her teaching, she draws deeply from her own experiences and is guided by the perspective that nothing is permanent. She sees yoga as a powerful tool, where the true secret lies in consistent practice.
She is the founder and owner of Jógapart Studio. Her classes unfold like a delicately built puzzlelayer by layer. If you are seeking growth, inner strength, and a supportive, nurturing space, Jucis classes are for you.
Hol Talalkozhatsz velem?
Where elements of classical yoga are supplemented with mobility and stability exercises.
The focus of the class is on conscious movement and loading of the joints, with special attention to areas that are often overloaded or narrowed during everyday life.
The aim of the mobility elements is to
increase the range of motion of the joints,
improve the adaptability of the tissues around the joints,
support safe, controlled movement.
The stability and movement coordination of the SI joint, which fundamentally influences the load capacity of the waist, hips and entire body, is given a prominent role. The class also consciously addresses the shoulder joint and the rotator cuff area, helping the freedom of movement and load capacity of the shoulder, especially in the case of sitting or unilateral use.
Articula Yoga builds on strong core muscles that provide stability and joint protection, and prepares you for handstands and other bodyweight balance exercises with continuous, controlled movements.
The movement is accompanied by strong, conscious breathing throughout, which
supports the calming of the nervous system,
helps with deeper body awareness,
and connects the movement with inner focus.
Articula Yoga is not a performance-oriented class, but a precisely structured practice that supports healthy joint function, core strengthening, and conscious use of the body in the long term.
