Taoist movement and meditation trainer

She is a student of the renowned master Mihály Vadas, and has been training with him for several years. She also learned a lot from the healing chi kung master Dennis Wang.

Her intention is to create healing movement and balance, to look inward and to awaken the inner smile.

She holds both shorter and longer sessions. During chi kung exercises, the focus is on energizing and charging the body, supporting the detoxification and functioning of the organs, increasing vitality, and moving the whole body, with special attention to a healthy spine.

In tai chi sessions, participants can get acquainted with both short and longer form exercises. These give them the opportunity to experience the feeling of free flow, which easily leads the practitioner to the present moment. With the help of easy-to-learn movements, everyone can take home tools with which they can further deepen their experience of energy in everyday life.

She also leads meditations, various breathing exercises, and exercises supplemented with healing sounds.

Tree pose meditation is a basic practice in the Taoist tradition. She also teaches meditation on the inner smile and the three dantians the three main energy centers of the body which can provide participants with a deep and intense energetic experience.
