Hol Talalkozhatsz velem?
As an experiential continuation of the lecture given on the 25th, this workshop translates the codes into practice through simple and precise rituals that allow presence to be embodied in everyday life. Inspired by the Andean notion of Ajayuthe vital force that sustains and orients existenceit focuses on cultivating stable attention, a more conscious relationship with emotions, and a way of being in the world that is less reactive and more available. Rather than isolated techniques, these practices reorganize experience from within, integrating body, mind, and meaning. The workshop creates a space for training in which presence ceases to be an idea and becomes a lived capacity.
In Native American cultures, the ancient form of spirituality is still alive today both deeply instructive and sometimes conflicting with the modern world. During the conversation, Raúl Armayo helps us to gain insight into the world of Andean traditions through his own Native American roots, while placing all this on the levels of consciousness development from an integral psychological perspective. Raúl Armayo leads the largest integral network in Latin America, and psychologist Bence Gánti leads the largest integral network in Europe. In the dialogue, the two leaders examine how tribal W2 and W3 layers appear in Native American and Hungarian culture, and how more modern levels of consciousness are built on them. How are European and Latin American tribal spirituality similar and different?
Ancient Andean Wisdom for Navigating the Complexity of the Modern World
In a historical moment marked by acceleration, uncertainty, and fragmentation of meaning, this talk proposes a lucid return to a source of intelligence that does not belong to the past, but to the depth of the human experience. Through the seven ancestral codes of living well, it explores how the Andean tradition understands life as a web of relationships, balance, and awareness, offering practical principles to orient oneself in complex contexts without losing inner coherence. This is not about romanticizing the ancestral, but about recognizing in it a technology of consciousness capable of engaging with contemporary challenges. This experience invites a reconfiguration of how we think, decide, and inhabit the world, integrating ancestral wisdom with a modern, rigorous, and deeply applicable perspective.
