Regina Megyeri

Hatha and Vinyasa Flow joga instructor

For her, yoga is not merely a practice but a natural part of life.
Along her path, yoga has increasingly become a philosophy of living, supporting deeper self-awareness and the conscious experience of the present moment.
She believes that the attention, acceptance, and inner stillness cultivated on the yoga mat can serve as a compass in everyday life as well.
In her classes, she emphasizes the harmonious unity of conscious movement, breath, and inward focus.
Since 2024, she has been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Flow classes, creating a safe and supportive space for practitioners.
Her aim is to help participants move closer to themselves not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

Regina Megyeri

This class is about awakening the body, mind and awareness.
We move through continuous movements coordinated with the breath, where strength, stability and flow appear simultaneously. The practice helps us to step out of automaticity and consciously arrive at the present moment - in the body, in the breath, in ourselves.

BALANCE
Regina Megyeri

This class is based on the original approach of hatha yoga: a balance of retention, conscious effort, and stillness. The physical practice is complemented by pranayama (breathing practice), which helps to balance the nervous system and deepen inner attention.
The class aims to connect the qualities of the Sun and the Moon activity and receptivity and create space for a deeper, inward experience.
