Krisztián Steigervald has been working with generations since 1999, first as a researcher and later as a consultant. Today, he collaborates with a wide range of companies as a trainer, mentor, and speaker.

He is the author of two highly successful books: The Generational Clash (published in 2020, now in its 14th edition) and The Generational Clash: The Battle for Attention (published in 2023, currently in its 7th edition).
