As a spiritual seeker, he walked a long inner path before arriving at yoga, where he eventually earned his formal qualification and continued his journey guided by the spirit of yoga itself.
He has been teaching since 2011 and has practiced nearly every major yoga tradition at different stages of his life in order to gain a deeper and more complete understanding of asana practice. From these experiences, he developed his own unique style, in which conscious movement of the body is attuned to the breath and to the inner stillness of the mind.

Our bodies certainly store our traumas. True healing from emotional, mental, or physical trauma always happens through the body. Understanding this, as well as some basic concepts related to how traumas work, and learning a few simple techniques will be the focus of this workshop. Through movement, you will understand what and why it is worth doing to work out your traumas from your body.
