Bodyway for me is a path where we can connect through the body to the deeper layers of ourselves, to our feelings, to the flow of life, to something essential.
In my groups, I maintain a safe, accepting space where there is an opportunity for deep self-knowledge, true connection and the experience of inner freedom. I believe that the wisdom of the body always shows the way, and that presence, honesty and permission can create real change in us.
For me, Everness is a space of shared remembrance that Life is complete when we are connected to ourselves and each other.
