She attended her first Zumba class in 2011. It was love at first sightso much so that within a year she had completed her Zumba instructor training. Since 2013, she has been teaching classes regularly.
Zumba keeps the body and mind in shape and has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system, the heart, and the soul alike. It strengthens the muscles, improves endurance, and also helps people get through lifes difficulties.
