Bea Vida
Trauma-aware yoga teacher and womens coach
Vida Bea is a trauma-aware Hatha and womens yoga teacher, as well as a holistic health mentor and the creator of the InnerHeal approach.
Her work focuses on supporting womens physical and emotional balance. She is dedicated to helping those who come to her reconnect deeply with their bodies, recognize bodily signals, and actively support their own self-healing processes.
According to Beas approach, healing is not merely the restoration of physical balance, but also an inner attunement process in which yoga, conscious lifestyle choices, and self-awareness mutually reinforce one another, creating a foundation for genuine and lasting change.
She feels it is her mission to create a space where participants can experience safety and acceptance, and recognize that the path to their health and creative power begins within themselvessomething that can be consciously built day by day through small, intentional steps.
Hol Talalkozhatsz velem?
What if destiny wasnt a ready-made scriptbut a half-empty canvas in your hands?
This workshop is based on Vida Beas self-developed InnerHeal Creation Model methodology a self-awareness and conscious creation framework that helps you break out of stuck patterns and create a new inner picture of your life.
During the workshop:
we look at what inner pictures are currently guiding your life
we clarify: what you really desire
you can recognize unconscious patterns that are holding you back
we create new inner life pictures with visualization and guided meditation
through individual and couple exercises we express our thoughts and delve into the process.
This space is both deep and practical. It is intuitive and structured at the same time.
The canvas is yours. The colors are too.
What if you saw your body not as a task to be fixed, but as a creative space?
In this slowly building, safe space trauma-aware yoga class, the body does not perform, but tells a story. It senses. It experiences.
During the practice, we gently reconnect with the bodys natural intelligence. We hear the bodys small signals, recognize our limits, and make space for what is right now, even their imperfections.
What does this class give participants?
Presence and inward attention,
Body acceptance and new illumination with visualization images,
A free space to experience without expectations,
Harmonization of the nervous system,
Deep relaxation with yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
Who do we recommend the trauma-aware yoga class to? Women, men, anyone who wants to connect with themselves honestly and permissively. Beginners are also welcome.
The canvas is not defective. It is just alive.
During the practice:
we awaken the flow of feminine energies
we allow ourselves to experience the feelings that arise
we connect to the creative centers of the pelvis, heart and throat
we give space to spontaneous, internally born movements
we paint our own energy images in space.
This program does not require dance knowledge or yoga knowledge. It is enough to be present and let your body speak.
This opportunity is for women who want to relive the joy of movement, connect to their feminine energy and experience what it is like when the movement is not directed from outside, but is born from within.
The Muse living within you is already there. It just asks for space.
