Zsófia Záborszky

psychologist, Neurowellness instructor

As a psychologist, she long believed that understanding itself heals. Then life taught her that one can understand everything about oneselfand still lose inner stability.

Her turning point came when, within just a few years, she became a mother, a helping professional, and an entrepreneur all at once. The psychological models she had learned explained many things, but at a certain point the question was no longer what she understood, but how she could hold herself amid overwhelm, emotional fluctuations, and the intensity of everyday life.

As both a mother and a professional, she experienced firsthand the nervous system strain that many families live with: sleep deprivation, constant alertness, the ongoing adaptation required when raising neurodivergent children, relationship tensions, and the feeling that while everyone is trying to do their best, internally things are becoming increasingly unstable.

At the same time, through the Anyatükör community, she gained insight into the stories of thousands of mothers. Beneath exhaustion, anxiety, guilt, generational patterns, and relational wounds, the same pattern appeared again and again: people often suffer not because they dont understand themselves, but because their nervous systems are in a state of chronic overload.

This realization led to the creation of the Anyabalansz app, and later to the emergence of the Neurowellness approachintegrating tools from psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices, and self-compassion into forms that are simple to use and can be woven into everyday life.

In her work, she explores and teaches how to build genuine inner stability in an unstable worldnot by avoiding difficult emotions, nor by constantly trying to fix ourselves, but by learning how to hold ourselves even in the midst of emotional waves.

Because true stability does not mean the absence of storms, but the ability to remain grounded within them.
