Zsuzsanna Czvikli
Fascial Yoga Therapist
Yoga brought her the realization that movement and inner stillness cannot be separated.
After fifteen years of teaching aerobics, a meditation journey in India revealed how much body-based awareness had been missing. It was a yoga class that finally offered the experience where movement and silence came together. She has been walking this path for over twenty years. She leads teacher trainings, and integrated manual therapy and a fascial approach are integral parts of her work.
In her yoga classes, subtle awareness, flowing movement, and inner presence meet.
Hol Talalkozhatsz velem?
In this flow yoga class, movement and breath are connected in a continuous flow. Asanas flow into each other, building strength, stability and lightness in the body, while the attention is directed inward throughout.
The practice helps you arrive in the present, awakens the body's natural rhythm, and harmonizes the body and mind.
In this class, we move as if we are in slow motion. The soft, continuous movement and the coordination of breathing help us slow down, become still, and more deeply perceive what is happening inside the body.
The practice becomes a meditative state where there is no rush just movement in stillness.
This class is based on conscious, gentle mobilization of the spine and joints. Soft, flowing movements help release tension, improve mobility, and support the natural flexibility of the spine.
During the practice, the spine is mobilized, while the attention is directed to body sensations and inner presence.
