Age Successfully! Tips and Tricks for Beginner Agers

It is a well-known fact that we are living longer and longer. But how do we fill these extra years and with what quality? What will our own aging be like? And how do we actually live until then?
From a biological perspective, aging begins after the age of 30. Gradually, strength and energy decline, the pace slows down, we lose hair, teeth, health, family members, and friends. Aging can happen in a difficult way: through illness, constant complaining, bitterness, and quiet sadness.
But it is also possible to age differentlyby focusing not on losses, but on opportunities and advantages; by living with balance, joy, and presence, even if at a slower pace.
In this talk, I show how it is possible to live in harmony with ourselves throughout life, and eventually to leave this world with dignity.
