Concentration and Insights on the Path to Liberation

All Buddhist meditation techniques promise to lead the practitioner to liberation. At times, the path they offer may seem too slow, while modern approaches today also present faster routes outside monastery walls. For practitioners, remarkable progress can be achieved even within this very lifetime: concentration can be cultivated, encounters with the nimitta can occur, entry into the jhānas becomes possible, and the workings of the mind can be directly observed. All this requires patience, the overcoming of obstacles, and steady, committed practice.
This talk aims to offer a glimpse into the reality of these encounters. Nothing is impossible!
