Ecstatic Breathwork

An immersive breathwork journey using rounds of rhythmic, continuous breathing (super-ventilation) combined with intentional breath retention to activate the body and expand awareness. Guided through a carefully curated musical arc, this experience moves through waves of activation, release, and integration. The breath becomes a powerful tool to access altered states of consciousnessunlocking stored tension, facilitating emotional release, and opening the potential for clarity, insight, and even euphoric states. This is a strong and dynamic practice. Participants may experience a wide range of physical and emotional sensations as the body moves energy and the mind shifts into non-ordinary states. The session is held in a safe, supported space, with grounding and integration at the end. No prior experience is needed. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
