Flow/Free Dance

In this 90-minute session we are not going to examine the effects of predetermined motions on energies, emotions and thoughts, but – as in yoga – the order is reversed: your personality and the energies of your being will move your body just like during meditation. This is the (physical and emotional) linking of touches, movement and various bodies. As soon as they drive our movements in harmony, beauty will appear “outside” and being absorbed, being present will appear “inside”.
