Gen Z: What do we need to grow up and create a better world?

My dear generation is like a constantly evolving layer of cells, between two worlds. Our becoming adults is sometimes complicated.

What should we carry forward, what should we leave behind? How could we do better than our predecessors? Where exactly? What should we do? And why should we do anything at all? Where do you get your energy from? How do you know which area of interest will be the right one?

And where do you get your money from anyway? Who, how, when can we rely on? What would be good for our parents, or can anyone help us at all? Would you accept it if so?
