My classes focus on conscious, anatomically based practice.
For me, movement, yoga, is about finding inner posture. When we move, we not only activate our muscles, but we also teach our body and nervous system new patterns. Anatomically conscious practice, starting from correct posture, helps us to hold ourselves in a stable, yet effortless way.
Posture is given the primary role in this class.
