Journey within with yoga and singing bowls

During this workshop, we begin our inward journey with hatha yoga exercises, to harmonize our breathing and reach a tranquil state of mind. All exercises are easy, but very efficient. After we relieved ourselves of tension, and bathed in the energizing properties of the exercises, we continue our inward journey through relaxation, with the aid of the harmonic resonance of singing bowls.
