How can mantras become part of your daily life? What role can they play in cultivating focus, inner calm, and mindful awareness? This session offers practical insights into how mantra practice can be integrated into everyday situations in a simple and meaningful way.
During this 60-minute talk and practical session, Vilma Nagy will introduce the foundations of mantra practice, its purpose, and its everyday applications. The presentation is followed by a shared practice, allowing participants to experience the use of mantras firsthand. No previous experience is required.

Day 1 Root Chakra

Day 4 Heart Chakra

Love, loss, heartbreak, forgiveness, and the choice between acting from instinct or responding from the heart. A journey toward compassion and conscious connection.
