Meet Without Masks - self-knowledge dating workshop

Through guided exercises, you can experience what it is like when you meet someone not out of a role, but authentically, with your own identity. When you get to know each other in a way that finds the balance of connecting to yourself and the other. 

In a safe space, we work with the integral flow method with attention, body awareness, boundaries and real questions, everything that helps you see yourself and the other more clearly.
