Men Without Masks - Moving Man Men's Group

Moving Man is a mens community dedicated to supporting mens personal development. The communitys mission is, on the one hand, to help men around the world recognize, embrace, and fully express their unique masculinity. On the other hand, it is also to support men in discovering and balancing the feminine and masculine aspects of their authentic selves.

Moving Man believes that there is not just one kind of masculinity, but as many different kinds as there are men in the world. This community is committed to personal journeys around masculinity and welcomes everyone who lives in a male body, regardless of skin color, background, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical condition.

Moving Man draws equally on experiential, body-oriented methods; physical, emotional, and spiritual self-awareness; ancient and modern rituals; connection with inner and outer nature; and artistic self-expression.
