Zen meditation (zazen) is the simplest and most ancient way to be truly yourself: just sit, watch your breathing, and whenever you wander, gently return to this moment, where life really happens.
Japanese Rinzai Zen practice is not performance-oriented or an escape, but a return to our original consciousness, which is spacious and free. As you become still, you slowly let go of many roles, thoughts, and "shoulds," the noise of thoughts dissolves, and a deep inner silence appears.
No prior experience or special ability is needed - just a little willingness to let go of wanting to do and allow yourself to simply be.
I invite you to this subtle, wordless presence - not as a teaching, but as a shared time spent in what is already here within you.
The Onedropzen group is an international group of the Japanese Zen master Taigen Shodo Harada Roshi, whose Hungarian leader is István Szaladják Taikyo.
