Zen meditation according to the Korean tradition

Zen is an inner path, the path of liberation, the space of pure consciousness, a practice of presence.
The direction of the practice: achieving pure consciousness and transposing it into everyday life.
Zen meditation is a quiet, body- and breathing-conscious meditation that gives you space to go deeper.
This is a more radical path, it cuts off thinking. This way you can see the games of your mind, your karma, your functioning. And with persistent practice, you can transcend it.
In self-knowledge, we work with our
karma at the personality level and in deeper, broader layers - our parts of the self, our traumas, our schemes... I find that this is important, but beyond a point, without a meditation practice aimed at liberation/self-transcendence, we keep repeating the same circles.
Zen practice gives you space to experience behind the constantly changing karmic circles and roles something that does not change, that is simple and pure, that is the essence. And to live a compassionate, righteous life from this unmoving place, both towards yourself and others.
Through persistent practice, the consciousness is purified, the mind can be tamed.
You will experience some elements of Korean Zen practice during the morning meditation, such as mantra chanting and sitting meditation.
