Movement medicine - Tender & Wild - The Living Current

There is a current moving in you: sometimes it feels soft, receptive, liquid, and sometimes it rises fierce, instinctive, untamed.

In this Movement Medicine journey, we explore the living dance between these qualities inside the body. Yin and yang, active and receptive: two qualities of the same life force energy. We are not looking for ideas and concepts but rather felt bodily sensations, impulses, breath and rhythm.

Through guided movement and simple relational exercises, we give space to the body to the to soften and flow, and also to move with clarity and strength. 

This is a space where you can experiment freely: your dance doesnt need to look like dance, to be aesthetic or ecstatic. The invitation is to follow your body and connect naturally to the pulse of life force within it: the tender and wild dance that makes you feel more alive, more free and more whole.
