Movement Meditation & Satipatthāna Come and Practice Prostrations Together

Rooted in the Tibetan tradition, this movement meditation combines mindful movement, focused awareness, and contemplative practice to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It offers a space to slow down, cultivate presence, and reconnect with yourself.
During this 90-minute session, Vilma Nagy will introduce participants to traditional Tibetan movement meditation and the principles of Satipatthāna. The program also includes the practice of prostrationsan ancient contemplative exercise that cultivates humility, awareness, and dedicated presence. No previous experience is required, and everyone is welcome.
