Moving Man is a community for men dedicated to supporting men's self-development.

Our mission is to help men around the world connect with their true selves, embrace their masculinity, and fully develop it.

Moving Man is an intense four-day journey into yourself. A space where you can be honest, raw, and vulnerable as a man, without the pressure to conform, just by being present. This program is built on movement, self-awareness, and true connection, specifically for men. The method combines somato-psychotherapy, elements of bodywork, communication techniques, and movement forms into a unified system that we have developed specifically for groups of men.

This is not a traditional training or "how to be better" type program. It is not about performance or confidence, but about honesty and daring to show your true self. It gives you the opportunity to connect with others in a vulnerable and human way, beyond rivalry or superficial interactions.
The 4-day workshop offers you the opportunity to meet like-minded men and share your inner world in an accepting environment. Here you can bring your deep-rooted feelings to the surface, including those that appear as taboo in everyday life. This way you can discover previously hidden sides of your personality.
