SomatoDrama workshop

SomatoDrama is an experiential self-awareness method that combines the wisdom of the body, inner imagery, and dramatic techniques. In a safe, small-group setting, participants are invited to explore personal themes while gaining fresh perspectives and deeper self-understanding through direct experience.

During this 60-minute workshop, Tünde Hüvössi will guide a group of up to 10 participants, creating an intimate environment that supports personal attention and meaningful exploration. The workshop is open to anyone interested in deepening the connection between body, emotions, and inner experience.
