Who are you when you are no longer defined by your roles? Throughout life, we take on many identitieschild, parent, partner, leader, caregiver, survivor. But which of these truly reflects who we are, and which are simply masks shaped by habit, fear, or the need for acceptance?

During this 120-minute talk and practical session, Vilma Nagy explores the nature of identity through the lens of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and self-awareness practices. Alongside the presentation, participants will receive practical guidance and simple tools that can be applied in everyday life to recognize conditioned roles and cultivate a more authentic way of being. The aim is not to create a new identity, but to move closer to who we are beyond the roles we play.
