The Power of Desire Creation from the Body

We often connect to desire mentally: we want something, so we think about it a lot. But desire is also a force experienced in the body, accompanied by sensations: warmth, tingling, impulse. It is an energy that can act as a catalyst in our lives.

In this somatic intimacy workshop, we work with desire, intention, and sexual energy, exploring how our erotic energy can catalyze our creative power.

We work with the VITA (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) methodology:
