As a physiotherapist, she knows exactly that the body's signals are always accurate. The body signals everything. The female cycle signals a lot of things. This line of thought, and the involvement of endometriosis, led her to master the Billings Ovulation Method at the user level, and then she became a Cycle Synchronization Instructor, FEMM Health and teenFEMM Fertility Awareness Instructor and Billings Ovulation Method Instructor. Currently, as a physiotherapist, she only supports the rehabilitation of Women and helps Couples struggling with conception difficulties by teaching them precise cycle tracking in order to achieve natural conception, if necessary together with endocrinologists and gynecologists with an RRM - Fertility Restoration Medicine - approach.
In addition, she enjoys supporting Couples in avoiding conception naturally, also with cycle tracking education.
