Erzsébet Vizinger is a crisis counseling specialist psychologist and Focusing-oriented trainer therapist who has been supporting individual and group clients through lifes most challenging situations for over twenty years.

As a dedicated teacher, she trains integral counselors, family constellation facilitators, Bodyway group leaders, Focusing trainers, and therapists, and provides supervision for professionals in the helping fields. In her work, she emphasizes the integration of both hemispheres of the brain, spirituality and psychology, theory and practice, ensuring that her students receive knowledge that is truly applicable.

As a 6/2 Authority Manifestor, she supports new directions and currents and enjoys helping others grow and develop. Currently, she is inspired by the integration of Human Design, Gene Keys, and the Focusing method, believing that a deeper understanding of our spiritual nature, life purpose, and energetic impact allows us to live more consciously and fully.
