Dietitian, mental health professional
As a dietitian and mental health professional, her work focuses on conscious nutrition adapted to age-related characteristics. In the case of the under-50 age group, prevention, maintaining energy levels and establishing a foundation for long-term health are the most important aspects. In this stage of life, balanced macro- and micronutrient intake and stable development of lifestyle habits are of particular importance. However, age over 50 brings new challenges to which nutrition must also adapt. Slowing metabolism, hormonal changes and loss of muscle mass are all factors that require conscious dietary modifications. In such cases, optimizing protein intake, adequate vitamin and mineral supply and supporting digestion come to the fore. From a mental health perspective, it is also important to emphasize the close connection between nutrition and mental well-being. Changes in midlife and old age often require emotional and psychological adaptation, in which nutrition can be a stable point. The goal is not only to prevent diseases, but also to improve quality of life and maintain vitality.
