Tibor Fülöp

Tibor Fülöp is on a journey of exploration, seeking ways to gather experiences, insights, and knowledge that elevate both himself and those around him. His path began as an introverted electrical engineer and led through various engineering roles, eventually bringing him into team and organizational development, where making processes more effective became a personal passion.

Experimenting with and collecting tools to make work and life easier, faster, and simpler naturally led him to self-awareness and psychology, opening a treasure trove of new ideas. Through this knowledge, experience, and exposure to diverse perspectives, he gained clarity on the key insights and experiences that shaped his journeywithout which he would not be where he is today, filled with enthusiasm and purpose.

His mission is to guide others to a higher vantage point, helping them become authentic participants in any system and create situations where individuals, teams, organizations, and the wider world can all thrive.
