Grief is a natural part of life, yet we often carry it alone and unspoken. This presentation provides a space to talk about our various losses whether it is perinatal grief, the loss of a beloved pet, changes at work, or even the letting go of our old self after childbirth honestly and in an accepting environment.

The participants in the discussion are: György Korinna, psychologist, and Anna M. Sevcsik, founder and stakeholder of the Élet.Érzés Association, who help bring the different layers of grief closer together with their professional knowledge and personal experiences. We will also talk about how we can support ourselves and each other in this process, and how we can find support in processing losses.

The program aims to open a dialogue about grief in a safe, supportive space and help us realize that we are not alone with our feelings.
