Health assistant and cycle tracking instructor, FEMM and teenFEMM method
Lívia Benkő-Vass, health assistant and cycle tracking instructor (FEMM and teenFEMM method) She started using the FEMM method when the idea of family planning arose. With becoming a mother and breastfeeding, she continued and has continued her observations from new perspectives ever since. She feels it is important to be able to pass on the cycle tracking method to those in a similar life stage, which is why she applied for the FEMM instructor training. She is a believer in naturalness in most areas of life, so it is a special pleasure for her that this method is based on observation and can be used in all ages and stages of life, whether it is about achieving or avoiding conception or an emerging health problem. She considers it very important for every woman and man to be aware that the female cycle means continuous hormonal changes, which are also a cyclical determinant of the appropriate psychological state. If we learn about these connections, we can understand how they work, and with the help of cycle tracking, we can more easily detect if these changes are excessive and are due to hormonal differences. This is why he considers it particularly important to strengthen the body and fertility awareness of adolescents, and especially girls, which the TeenFEMM lecture series provides for them.
