Podoski Flóra Laura

Flora has been teaching yoga for 7 years, leading sound baths and live-music ceremonies for 3 years, and providing sound and aromatherapy sessions over the past 2 years. She has been practicing yoga since the age of 13, having been introduced early on to spirituality and the world of yoga by her parents.

As a child, she attended music school, where she sang, played piano and guitar, and studied dance. Laura has trained in various forms of yoga and meditation in Hungary, Norway, and India. She has also studied different martial arts, and explored music therapy as well as cacao and rapé medicine traditions in South America.

Currently active in Norway and Hungary, Laura offers yoga classes, mantra circles, womens circles, and ceremonial events. She also provides individual sound therapy sessions and intuitive music and vocal workshops.
