Rita is a Vibe Guide and sport-motivational self-awareness mentor with a 25-year athletic background, including 10 years in elite sports and experience across eight different disciplines. She has supported the development of both recreational and competitive athletes.
She has deep insight into the inner struggles behind performance, having personally faced body image and eating disorders. A circulatory health issue later signaled the need for a major life shift, reshaping her perspective and becoming the foundation of the authenticity behind her work.
In her one-on-one sessions, she primarily works with women; however, her workshops and lectures are open to anyone seeking a more conscious connection to themselves through sport. Her key focus areas include building self-confidence, releasing perfectionism and the need to please, addressing emotional eating and control patterns, setting healthy boundaries, and developing motivation, perseverance, and the brainmuscle connection. She places special emphasis on inner questions such as Am I good enough?, the pursuit of perfection, and the role of core emotions in athletic performance.
Her methodology integrates creative and interactive tools that foster trust and deeper self-reflection, especially for those who find it difficult to open up. She works with DIXIT cards, story cubes, the hot-air-balloon technique, and narrative metaphors, enabling engaging, experiential, and effective collaboration with a wide range of individuals.
