Márton Sugár

Márton Sugár, 48, EMCC AIE SP senior practitioner, is an integral, business, and relationship coach, organizational development (OD) consultant, trainer, and family-systemic therapist. He is the father of eleven-year-old Mimi, an economist, and a business owner and investor with leadership roles in multiple SMEs. He identifies as a human being, man, father, partner, and entrepreneurconstantly working on all aspects of these roles to live as an integrated person.

His personal journey in self-development began with relationship challenges. When he realized that he was at least 50% responsible for his relational difficulties, he understood that his growth depended primarily on him. After several years of experiential couples therapy, he decided to move from the clients chair to the therapists chair, and for the past five years, he has been supporting couples as a professional guide.
