Zita Eszlári is the founder and director of the Forrás Health Promotion Center, a holistic health practitioner, a graduate of the Metaphysical Academy, and a parapsychologist. She also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Pécs, where she deepened her understanding of Eastern healing approaches. Her work is dedicated to integrating the knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine within a holistic framework to support human health in a comprehensive way.

She believes that true healing is based on the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. In her practice, she supports the bodys natural self-healing processes using gentle, non-invasive methods that do not burden the organism.

Her goal is to help clients become more aware of their own health, better understand the root causes behind physical and emotional challenges, and receive personalized support in restoring balance.
